Call for Papers

The 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Information Engineering and Technology (SIET 2017) aims to bring together academia, researchers, business entrepreneurs, practitioners, and policy makers who are responsible for delivering sustainable and/or eco-friendly solutions through leveraging advanced information engineering and technology for competitive advantage and cost savings in modern industrial sector as well as public and business sectors. SIET 2017 provides a great opportunity for prospective participants to share their recent theoretical knowledge, research findings and experiences in dealing with sustainable information engineering and technology. As such, SIET 2017 will feature presentations by internationally speakers which are cutting-edge session topics.

The theme of SIET 2017 is “Sustainable information engineering and technology for sustainable environment and green technology”. This conference will be held at Royal Orchids Garden Hotel and Condominiums, Batu, Indonesia, on November 24 – 25, 2017.

IEEEXplore Indexing

SIET 2017 has been approved by IEEE for Technical co-sponsorship with conference record number #42329. The papers accepted and presented will be forwarding for consideration to be published in the IEEEXplore Digital Library. Non-presented papers will be pulled from submission to IEEE Xplore.

Scopus Indexing

According to IEEE Publication Policies, IEEE assures wide distribution of conference proceedings by providing abstracting and indexing of all individual conference papers for inclusion in worldwide databases (e.g. Scopus). The CPP makes every reasonable attempt to ensure that abstracts and index entries of content accepted into the program are included in databases provided by independent abstracting and indexing (A&I) services. Each A&I partner makes its own editorial decision on what content it will index. IEEE cannot guarantee entries are included in any particular database.

Selected papers will be invited to be revised/modified and extended for the post-conference publication in the one of the following journals:

All articles get a Digital Object Identifier (DOI)
